Oval: Fish Farm Home Text Box: Oak Pool The 17-peg Oak Pool lies next to Laugherne Island Pool and alongside Wyatts Wood, which stands on neighbouring farm land. This pool is stocked with our own hard-fighting Common and Mirror Carp up to around five and a half pounds in weight and the record for a 5 hour match at Cob House has so far come from this pool and stands at over 150lbs. The pool is ideal for small club matches and our open matches are held on this pool too, on a rotation basis with our other pools.
